Murmura

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Murmura. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.

Eligibility and your account

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under your local law. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the security of your login credentials.

Acceptable use

Only use Murmura with content and activities you are allowed to publish or share. Do not upload illegal, infringing, abusive or harmful content, do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and do not misuse community features. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Community and moderation

Public scenes, profiles and community interactions are subject to moderation. We may review, hide or remove content and limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm other users, with notice where reasonably possible.

Your content

You keep ownership of the scenes and profile content you create. By publishing, you grant Murmura the limited rights needed to host, display and distribute that content within the app's community features. You are responsible for the scenes you make public.

App content and rights

Murmura, its software, sounds and brand are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of their owners. You receive a personal, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app for its intended purposes.

Subscriptions

Premium terms apply when a paid subscription is active. Purchases, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by the app store through which you purchased and are subject to that store's policies.

Third-party services

Murmura relies on third-party providers (app stores, hosting, authentication and email delivery) and may link to third-party content. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of those services, and we are not responsible for third-party content or conduct.

Availability and warranty

The service may change, suspend or remove features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or legal reasons. The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent permitted by your local law our liability for any loss arising from use of the app is limited. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by your local law.

Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve Murmura, with no obligation or compensation to you.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the app and agree to cover claims, losses or costs arising from the content you publish or from your breach of these terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by your local law.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from the Delete section. Deletion removes app records linked to the account and the authentication user; backups and legally required records may follow providers' retention schedules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. For significant changes we will ask you to accept the updated version; continuing to use the app after an update means acceptance. The version below indicates the current revision.

General

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Murmura for use of the app.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where you live, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections you have there. For any question, write to support@murmura.app.
