Delete your Murmura account

You can delete your account at any time. It is permanent: your account and your scenes cannot be recovered.

From the app

1. Open Murmura and go to the “Profile” tab.
2. Open “User settings”.
3. Choose “Delete”.
4. Type DELETE, enter your current password, then tap “Delete permanently”.

Without the app

Email support@murmura.app from your account's email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete your account within one month at most and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details, your profile (name, photo, email), your private and public scenes, your likes and the creators you follow, your notification preferences, your listening statistics and your consent records.

What remains

Plays and remixes of scenes stay counted, with no link to you. An irreversible fingerprint of your email is kept, only to prove the deletion took place. Our providers' backups erase themselves after a limited time, and app stores keep the billing records the law requires of them.

Premium subscription

Deleting your account does not stop a Premium subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play, under Subscriptions (or in the App Store on iPhone).
